- We have two options for delivery, priority and standard. FedEx / DHL is FASTER than USPS. USPS Orders are sent to our fulfilment center in the USA once per week., The shipping times advertised are once production is complete, not from point of order. We aim to fulfill all orders within 28 days from the order being placed but will contact you if this is not possible for any reason.
- What if I want to order in bulk? +
- If you want to order in bulk (20+ Products) please contact us using the "Custom Products" page and we will contact you to get further information and see if we can work closely with you to give you the best outcome.
- What if I want my own custom design? +
- Great! We have a team of highly experienced designers who can help. We design 99% of the products we sell on the site, but you can also check our latest work on our Twitter and Instagram feeds. Head over to the "Custom Products" page and hit the DESIGN button to check our prices and place an order.
- What do I do if I have a issue with my order? +
- Please let us know as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- What is your returns policy? +
- Unfortunately as the majority of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If there is any issues with the product ordered, please contact us using the contact form and we will evaluate the issue.
- How should I wash my product? +
- Pro Products (Polyester) : Machine wash cold (30°c or lower), DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, Ironed on low heat.
Regular Products (Cotton) : Washing instructions can be found on inner tags

- Our products ship worldwide from our base in the United Kingdom, shipping prices and times may vary depending on location.
